Project summary

The Hills, Villa 10 & 11, is a real estate luxury project developed between year 2020 and 2024 by Cogitari Group through SPV Cogitari San Antonio, owned by two investor companies.

The project is located in the luxury gated urbanization of El Herrojo Alto, in Benahavís (Málaga). The Villas have spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, Africa and Strait of Gibraltar, and are executed with the highest standards.

The two plots were bought in May 2020 and the construction of the two Villas, with modern nordic style, was completed in 2023. One of the Villas, Southland, was sold in November 2023 and the other, Big Daddy, in April 2024.
